With a background in Business and Computer Science, Javier embarked on a journey in the IT field, specializing in tech support, software, hardware, graphic design tools, and network management. These skills helped him become a Production Manager for a packaging company. In this role, he learned the ins and outs of running a business – overseeing operational activities, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Maintaining a customer-centric focus, he refined his customer service skills, bridging the gap between clients and management. This experience laid the groundwork for his transition into Home Improvement services. As the General Manager of Refresh Roof and Gutter Guys, Javier spearheaded sales initiatives, managed operations, and prioritized customer satisfaction.

Even after Refresh Roof was sold, Javier continued his commitment to excellence, taking on additional responsibilities in marketing for WasRite Softwashing, the new owners. This exposure led him to discover the vast opportunities within the Real Estate business. Interacting with homeowners daily, he learned to understand their needs, whether it was transforming their homes or preparing properties for sale. Over the years, we built a reliable team and network of home improvement providers, gradually establishing our own business in the field.

On the other side, Johana, the co-founder of JF Home Services LLC, boasts an extensive background in Real Estate. With years of experience, she has achieved remarkable results through her negotiation skills and profound knowledge of the real estate market. Committed to serving clients in Fairfield County, Johana strives to build long-lasting relationships, whether it’s helping clients buy, sell, or rent property.
